Senior ads must be purchased and materials must be submitted by November 1st. Since late submissions push back our deadlines and incur fines, no late ads will be accepted.
If you plan to use a Keane Studios photo in your senior ad, it must be made available to us by the ad deadline.

Designed by Yearbook Staff:
If you provide us with your ad photos and personal message, our design team will design a senior ad just for you. We'll send you a proof of the design before the book goes to print.
Submitting your materials:
Digital ad submissions are preferred. If you are unable to submit digital files, physical copies can be accepted via mail or dropped off at the front desk.
Materials can be submitted by:
Digital Ad Materials:
Most parents submit ads in digital format through a DVD or Flash Drive. For your convenience, digital ad materials can now be submitted online directly through the Senior Ad Order Form.
Hard Copy Ad Materials:
If hard copies of your completed ad or photos are sent in, the Stampede Staff will scan them. For best quality, avoid using photocopies or artwork printed from low-quality printers. Originals will show up best. Please make copies of original photos at a local commercial store to ensure you have backups of your photos. Please be sure any materials submitted in person are clearly labeled with the senior's name, your name, contact info, and mailing address.
Image Quality & Resolution
The quality of the ad will depend on the quality of the files or images we receive. The Stampede staff is not responsible for the image quality of your ad. For best results, scan photos on a high quality scanner as .JPGs with a resolution of 300 DPI. Make sure digital photos are saved as JPGs with 300 ppi resolution if possible.
The Yearbook Staff reserves the right to refuse Senior Ads. A contract with The Stampede is only binding once the book has been printed. If you are unable to meet the submission deadline or if we make a mistake in your ad, the Stampede is only liable for refunding the cost of your ad; there will be no refund for the entire cost of the book. All professional senior portraits must be accompanied by a release from the photographer, with the exception of Keane Studios, LLC.
