Applications can be filled out digitally and emailed to james.teague@sduhsd.net, OR filled out by hand and either scanned and emailed OR returned in person to Yearbook Room 900, 1 Maverick Way, Carlsbad, CA 92009.
Teacher recommendation forms must be filled out and returned to Mr.Teague by the teacher. The forms may be emailed to teachers for their convenience or completed by hand, but they must be filled out by a teacher and emailed to james.teague@sduhsd.net or returned to Mr.Teague's mailbox.
